The past year has a been a little rough on us all, right? It’s been way too easy to lose motivation, so I wanted to help you gain a little back. One thing I have found that has helped me get back into a motivated mindset is getting new workout clothes. Does it REALLY Make a Difference?

It was important to me to provide options that you can wear to workout or as athleisure while you’re out but still want to look somewhat put together. Versatile clothing gets you more uses and means you need less items of clothing!

You will probably notice that the majority of my athletic clothing comes from Lululemon, with Alo Yoga not far behind. Why? Because over the years, I have truly grasped why it is so important to have quality items that last. Durability – both with the actual use of the material and aesthetically speaking – is a MUST. There have been many fails from brands of all prices that have led me to my favorite brands. Most leggings and other pieces I own have lasted me 3+ years and still look brand new! Living a lifestyle where attending the gym regularly and spending a fair bit of time outdoors has made me re-evaluate where and how I’m spending my money on clothing.
